Our Booking Process
Mindful Music Lab is a Semi-Private Facility. That means that we value our space, culture, and presence above all. As a creative sanctuary and safe-space it’s part of our mission to protect what we have and what we provide.
In order to best do this, we don’t have a “traditional” booking page or portal. You’ll be given a personal representative for your time with us.
Booking with the Lab has a 3-Step Process. Let’s explore below.

In order to book with the Lab you have to inquire a booking session through our Bookings page.
From there, one of our Administrative Staff will reach out to you and walk you through the necessary steps to book with us.
We call this “First Contact”

First Contact is all about on-boarding.
The first step is to learn more. How can we help you? Recording? Songwriting? Mindfulness? We’re here to help.
We will ask you for your personal information (name, email, etc), preferred payment method, and provide a breakdown of our rooms, services, and rates.
We will always offer a tour for those that wish to see the space to confirm booking. That’s the best way for us to learn about each other and provide the best experience for you.

Whether we welcome you in for a tour, or for a session. You’ll be welcomed like family nonetheless!
You’ll receive an invoice through email/text and a google calendar invite to your booked hours with us.
Our Administrative rep will be in touch with you to make sure your arrival and experience is as smooth as possible.
After all, we want to provide a flawless experience for your time with us.
