Our Booking Process

Mindful Music Lab is a Semi-Private Facility. That means that we value our space, culture, and presence above all. As a creative sanctuary and safe-space it’s part of our mission to protect what we have and what we provide.

Booking with the Lab has a 3-Step Process. Let’s explore below.

  • In order to book with the Lab you have to inquire a booking session through our Bookings page.

    From there, one of our Administrative Staff will reach out to you and walk you through the necessary steps to book with us.

    Reach out with your prefered Date(s), Time(s), and Session Type. We’ll confirm availability and suggest time slots if needed.

  • All bookings require a 50% Non-Refundable Deposit of total hours (2-hour minimum).

    Once we have all the information regarding your session we will hold the slot until we receive your deposit.

    We will ask you for your personal information (name, email, phone number), preferred payment method, and provide a breakdown of our rooms, services, and rates.

  • You’ll receive an invoice through email/text and a google calendar invite to your booked hours with us.

    Our Administrative rep will be in touch with you to make sure your arrival and experience is as smooth as possible.

    Your remaining Session Total will need to be paid upon your arrival to the studio before you walk into your room. We accept Square (Credit/Debit), Cash, Zelle, Venmo, ApplePay/Cash, CashApp and ACH (by request only).
