Brittany created the first, female founded, mindful recording studio in Miami, FL. Her mission is to raise awareness and heal the mental health of the music industry while creating a conscious community for all individuals on their healing journey. Brittany hosts wellness events for the community in her space for mindfulness, reiki, movement, breath-work, acupuncture, sound therapy sessions, meditation and sound healing events, new moon and full moon ceremonies, men and women vulnerability circles, the list goes on.

Brittany works with music industry professionals, athletes, executives, founders, and individuals in need of mindset coaching and energy healing. She works with clients who play for the NFL, on the Miami Dolphins, Inter Miami CF Soccer Club, music artists and professionals signed with Warner Music Group, Warner Chappell, Universal Music, Sony, Interscope Records, Republic Records, Mr. 305, Inc, and more.

As an artist, author, motivational speaker, fitness instructor, wellness programmer, mindset coach, reiki energy and sound bowl healer, songwriter, producer, and A&R. Brittany is a pioneer who makes a significant impact in the mental health and wellness industry. Through her work, she inspires individuals to find their purpose, shift into alignment, overcome their daily fears and prioritize mental and physical wellness. With her passion for addressing personal truths and embracing authenticity, she has become a leading voice in the field of mindfulness, manifestation, meditation, and community. For Alejandro, music is more than a craft—it’s a conduit for connection, healing, and expression. Born to Colombian parents and raised in the rich cultural landscape of Miami, his approach to sound is deeply rooted in rhythm, emotion, and story. From the earliest moments of his life, music was always present. His father, a local DJ, introduced him to production at age 11 with a brand new license of Ableton Live 8. By high school, Alejandro had found his voice: behind the mix.

With a background as an instrumentalist and band conductor, Alejandro developed a nuanced understanding of arrangement, dynamics, and performance—skills that now inform every session he leads and every staff member under his training. As the Senior Audio Engineer and Studio Manager at Mindful Music Lab, he brings both technical excellence and a calm, intentional presence to the studio. He doesn’t just mix records—he helps shape experiences.

Whether he’s producing a soulful EP, mixing a hip-hop record, or mentoring young artists during community programs, Alejandro’s philosophy is the same: sound is sacred, and the studio is a space for truth. His work is meticulous, collaborative, and always rooted in the belief that music should feel as powerful as it sounds.

Hailing from the vibrant streets of Miami, FL, JohnHernandez is more than just a music producer and engineer – he's a sonic architect weaving the city's rich culture into his versatile creations. With roots deeply embedded in Miami's Latin and house music heritage, John's sound resonates with the city's latin rhythms while embracing the eccentric allure of experimental rap music.

John transitions between roles as a producer, artist, DJ, engineer, and vocalist. Inspired by the likes of Kaytranada, Black Eyed Peas, JPEGMAFIA, Travis Scott, and Tyler, The Creator, he forges his own path, crafting a unique auditory experience. His music is a fusion of infectious, butt-swaying grooves and celestial, otherworldly textures, embellished with unexpected sonic delights that evoke moments of awe.

John is now a Recording Engineer for the Mindful Music Lab and trains under Alejandro as his mentee in all things audio. With his passion for both Music and Sound, there's no stopping his talent.

Now residing in Miami, Syncet is establishing himself within the music industry. He actively contributes to the local scene by producing and collaborating with emerging artists.
