Our Process

Our core philosophy is simple: Whatever serves the vision of the record best, that's what we do.

Usually, that means I deliver a “Mix Master”. This is our way of saying that your first listen is competitively loud and immediately carries the original emotional amplification of the record. You shouldn't have to guess how it's going to feel in the club or the car. It should just hit.

But, if your project calls for a traditional mix without the extra bells and whistles, we can absolutely go that route too. That’s the beauty of having a philosophy. It can be applied everywhere. It's all about making sure the record feels heard, understood, and elevated.

  • We start with your vision. Once I have your reference tracks and understand the emotional core of the song, I’ll send over an invoice with a clear breakdown of the timeline and deliverables.

    • Locking it in: A 50% non-refundable deposit secures your spot on the calendar.

    • Total Transparency: Once booked, you get access to a custom Notion page where you can track my progress in real-time. Honestly, by the time I send the invoice, I’ve usually already got your session prepped, organized, and ready to go.

  • I dive into the mix, typically turning it around in 2-3 days.

    • The Taste Test: I deliver your first draft through a private Samply link. This lets you losslessly A/B test my mix right against your original rough demo.

    • Sculpting: You get 3 rounds of free revisions included with your booking so we can make sure every detail sits perfectly. Just drop your timestamped notes directly into the Samply player, or send them over however you prefer. (Note: Extra revisions beyond the first three are just $85 each).

  • Your satisfaction is the foundation of how we work. Once you are 100% happy with the record, I package up everything you need for a confident release. All files are securely delivered via Samply or Dropbox.

    • What you’ll receive:

      • Full Track

      • Acapella Track

      • Instrumental Track

      • Performance Edit

    • Extras: Clean edits, re-arrangements, and Atmos stems are easily handled upon request. (Some may require an extra fee)

    • Mastering Flexibility: Taking the track to an outside mastering engineer? No problem. I will send over perfectly prepped, un-limited stems ready for their final polish.

MASTERING

As I mentioned, our goal is to hand you a Mix Master that already bangs. You can release it as-is and feel completely confident. But let’s be real, sometimes a record just demands that specialized, final touch from an outside professional.

When it's time to bring in a specialist, I don't just hand your record over to anyone. I’ve built a trusted network of incredible engineers who understand our sonic goals and consistently elevate the vision.

Investment: Mix Master packages start at $500 per song. Custom rates and bundle pricing are available for EPs, full-length projects, and label rosters. Flexibility is key.

  • Submit the form above to confirm availability. 50% deposit secures the start of your mix ; balance is due upon approval of the final mix and/or master.

  • Usually 2-3 business days per track. Rush options available on request (fee applies).

  • You’ll have 3 Free Revisions + You’ll receive 4 Exports: the Full Mix, the Performance Edit, the Instrumental and Acapella Mix separately as well.

    Our Mastering Service guarantees these included in our rate as well (if sent to us).

  • Yes — tuning and timing can be included if requested upfront. Complex editing is billed separately.

  • Absolutely. I offer mix + master bundles with both in & out-of-house mastering. Project & Budget depending.

  • I’m most fluent in EDM, Hip-Hop, R&B, and Pop — but open to others if the production is strong and intentional. Strong past experience with Latin, Indie, and Jazz as well.

  • Yes — I’ll deliver high-res WAVs, instrumentals, performance versions, and any alt mixes you request.

    I will also deliver Atmos Stems upon request. Atmos Mixing recommendations are available as well.

  • If you book Mindful Music Lab’s Yang Room for your mix then we can absolutely do this.

    Keep in mind however that I work best when I mix alone. I love to do In-Person revision sessions.

    Remote workflow available as well with Muse Sessions.

  • That varies per record! However I generally aim to deliver anywhere between -9 LUFS to -5 LUFS for a Mix Master.
